Email privacy@phoundit.app with a short description of the problem and, if you can, the email on your Phound account. We read every message and reply by email.
Tap SCAN and photograph one object, filling the frame. Identification runs several independent checks and usually takes under a minute. If the first photo is ambiguous, Phound asks for one more angle.
If you declined camera access, turn it on in your iPhone's Settings app under Phound, or use a sample photo from the camera screen.
Purchases are processed by Apple. To restore purchases on a new device, sign in to your Phound account and tap RESTORE PURCHASES on the paywall.
To cancel a Registrar membership, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Phound. Deleting your Phound account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
In the app, open THE REGISTER, scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then confirm. Your account and its data are deleted immediately. See the Privacy Policy for details.
